Hi, Im new to this but i need help please. A couple of months ago i received a letter from Buchanan Clark & Wells asking for repayment on an old debt, £1700, they sent several letters which i ignored, on the 20th May the debt became 6 years old and was taken off my Experian credit report, i assumed they would know this and go away, no such luck, i have now received a letter from Philips collection service informing me that they are going to comence recovery procedures, i called them but didnt give them my phone number, they told me to write a letter, what should i do?
