Hi I've had exactly the same thing from Egg, offer letter from Eversheds(with totally wrong amount and really bad maths on!) and then the next day a defence. My court paperwork said I didn't need to fill out an allocation questionnaire though which I don't understand?? Have sent back offer signed, but with a note saying I'll only accept the correct amount...am now waiting to see what lands on my mat first- a court date or a cheque!!? I'm hoping the latter! Hi I had an Egg card which I cancelled a couple of years ago, I want to claim back charges I paid within last 6 years- but how do I get a list of charges? I haven't got the Credit Card number anymore and I've moved address a couple of times since then? Is there a letter in the templates for this situ?! Sorry, I'm sure this question's been answered before, but I looked through hundreds of threads and couldn't find it!! Thanks!

Wow that was quick! Yeah I sent 2 letters requesting the charges + interest oops, I had it all sorted but then had a bit of an information overload and did that bit wrong! Thanks for your help guys I'll let you know when I get my money(because I shall..and soon I hope!)

Hi I haven't posted on here before so I hope I'm doing it right! Just a quick question, I sent in my prelim letters to HSBC asking for the charges plus the 8% interest. I didn't realise you weren't supposed to include the interest before the MCOL claim. They offered me about 80% and said they don't have to pay the interest. I've now started my MCOL claim with interest added in. Have I messed this up because I asked them for the interest originally?! I was thinking it prob won't matter- but just wanted to make sure i haven't buggered this up! Its for £1800 that I desparately need! Thanks so much for any help!
