Hi Brig Yeah that's right they have passed it on to lowell and lowell have put account on hold untill they have sorted it out with bct.. Strange just checked link and it works ok -

And I've not had any response from CC either about missing files from them, despite emailing and writing to the person they told me to get intouch with, if I had any more questions regarding my account. Also they've not even wrote to ask why I have stopped payments to them. Something is definitely fishy about the whole thing. -

Hi All Well I now know why I haven't heard from BCT, they are not going to bother answering because they have passed it on to LOWELL to deal with, this is LOWELL's reply and a copy of the letters I sent to BCT which they passed onto LOWELL.. http://s557.photobucket.com/user/feelinglow/slideshow/bct%20sar%20lowell Lets see if LOWELL have any luck getting the comms log out of them.
