  2. Hi i'm posting this for my father as he has very little computer knowledge and i haven't got the time to learn him at the moment. We want to claim his bank on hardship grounds. He still banks with the Natwest and is nearly £3000 overdrawn. They keep returning direct debits and cheques for between £8 and £14 and then charge him £38 each time. This happens between 2 and 3 times a month. He is on incapacity benefit and can't afford these charges every month. Just want to know if and how he sould go about this. Your help in this matter is much appreciated. Thanks John

  4. Hi all. Think i might have been missold ppi on my Yorkshire Bank credit card. This came to light after the insurance cover on my fathers mortgage stopped paying after 12 months. After looking into this i found that this is common, so i decided to look at my insurance documents but could'nt find any. Phoned the bank to ask them for a copy of my insurance documents but they just sent me a copy of my card application form. Phoned them again to tell them that was'nt what i asked for and that i wanted a copy of my schedule of cover and they just sent me an up to date vague leaflet about their ppi. I'd had my card for a few years before they phoned in 2003 to sell me the ppi. The thing is i can't recall them telling me it would only pay for 12 months and that certain work is classed as seasonal and would'nt be covered. Just wanting to know whether to write a letter saying i think i've been missold or to send a s.a.r so i have the transcirpt of the phone call in 2003. Any help is much appreciated as i'm really confused.
