Has any one been ripped off by First Plus (Subsiduary of Barclays) and their agent/broker by way of a fraudulent loan application whereby all documents including wage slips were made up without our knowledge causing a monthly payment that was totally unaffordable again this did not come to light until everything was signed and sealed. First Plus new what had taken place but didnt want to know and the house was repossessed in 2007. We are still trying to find a source of reclaiming what is rightfully ours. We have exhausted all avenues because there were no regulations by FSA in 2004. We need to take civil action on No Win No Fee basis. Help Please
