  1. Sadly I havent heard a thing from them, My outlook did receive a read notice (fri 4th) to the email I sent Michael Duncan but they still didnt reply.. Next stage is to take action to get the statements I presume..
  2. Well just emailed Michael Duncan... Dear Michael, I am still awaiting 6 years of statements I initially requested in writing along with a £10 postal order on the 30th June 06. I did not yet receive any reply so sent a reminder of my request on the 27th July 06, to which have not had any response either. Please could you let me know how much longer it will take to get the requested statements to me. Yours Faithfully, Hopefully i'll get a positive reply..
  3. I sent a £10 postal order.
  4. Whats the best email address to contact regarding getting statements.. I wrote initially on the 30/06 requesting 6 years of statements to the ALEX LYONS address. Did not hear any reply.. So I followed advice on the site and sent the SAR Reminder template to them on the 27/07 and still had no reply.. So is it worth me sending an email today reminding them again ? I have a feeling they'll say they havent received any post as I didnt send the letters recorded... Thanks
  5. Hi, I sent in my SAR requesting 6 years of statements on the 30th June. Havent heard anything as yet, but since I sent them a £10 postal order I have a feeling I'll still be waiting for them after the 40 days is up.. Should I email them and ask them to confirm receipt of my request at least ?

  10. Hi all, I'm just wondering if I will be in a position where I can embark on a claim against natwest as I know there will be a lot of charges.. Which contributed to my filing for bankruptcy last year. However I due not have any bank statements as I had to submit these during my bankruptcy so my questions are.. Do I stand a cat in hells chance of claiming since A. I no longer have an account, B. A registered bankrupt and C. have no idea how much I could claim for.. My second question is , If the answer to my first question is Yes.. Can I email them and request them to send me bank statements for the period 99 - 05... ? Any help appreciated thankyou.
