Hi, Decided to give FD a ring as I didnt have statements going back till the account was open. Spoke to a very nice lady who was very proactive in wanting to sort my future finances out. She also suggested that many copy statements at £2.50 a shot, was too much too pay, so we came to an agreement that a fee of £10 would be suitable for all the stats. (I did haggle her down from £20 ) She is aware of the current thinking against bank charges and once I have gone through all the charges and worked out what is what, she would gladly chat to me again to try and sort this out. Saved sending a letter quoting DPA and have got the process off to a friendly start and might be able to sort this out over the phone! WELL DONE Bank Action Group!!! Great work!!
