Hiya, I signed up for an MCSA IT course in Nov 08 with a guy who came to my house and paid a deposit of £75 and i was told by the person that i could cancel the course at anytime and nothing more would be payable as i was very apprehensive that this was going to be hard for me as i have no experience with computers but am interested and enthusiastic! After 4 months and taking 2 assesments and trying a number of times to get hold of a tutor and was not able to! i realised that it is not for me and wrote to them to ask to cancel, and i got a letter back stating "that i am outside my 28 days cancellation period so the full amount £3200 is payable" do i have any legal case please to cancel as 1) i dont want to do it anymore and 2) i cannot afford the £75 a month they are claiming!! I am praying that someone has some advice please!! Thanks very much!!
