  2. Hi i am new here and have signed up here as the advice seems to be very good. We have been with BH now for a good few years and have to agree that their attitudes stink ! but my post is regarding the "optional" service cover. Now we have always taken this as we thought we had to, but after reading a few of the threads it seems maybe not. But what about if you do not have home cover already do you still need to take it or is it still opitional? because as like many people have pointed out alot of the stuff comes with warranty anyway. Thanks in advance and apologies if i have posted in the wrong thread.
