  1. My heart just sank when I read this. I'm having a similar problem. After waiting for 6 weeks for my laptop to be repaired, I called up and requested it be replaced on 27th Feb. "The Tech Guys" sent of a write-off request. I called Coverplan today and they apparantly never received it. I went into my local store, and got the Customer Services Manager to help me out. He called everyone for me and got another write-off request put in I called Coverplan again just now, and the guy I spoke to said he could see that the write-off request has been re-issued. He told me in his honest opinion, I should receive teh vouchers by next wednesday/thursday. After reading this I won't hold my breath!
