  1. :?JUST BEFORE XMAS I BOUGHT A LAPTOP FOR MY DAUGHTERS XMAS PRESENT. I GOT IT FROM A POWER SELLER ON EBAY. A WEEK AFTER XMAS THE POWER LEAD WOULDNT WORK, SO I WAS TOLD TO RETURN IT FOR A REPLACEMENT. IT ARRIVED QUICKLY. SINCE THEN, MY DAUGHTER USED THE LAPTOP WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. RECENTLY, THE LAPTOP WOULD NOT TURN ON AT ALL. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPUTER SELLER BUT HAD NO REPLY. I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL LAST WEEK AND STILL HAD NO REPLY. DO I HAVE ANY RIGHTS ON GETTING A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND? I HAVE TOOK THE LAPTOP TO MY LOCAL COMPUTER SHOP, BUT THEY SAID IT CANT BE REPAIRED ANDD JUST AS WELL GET A NEW ONE. I AM ANNOYED AS IT ONLY LASTED A COUPLE MONTHS AND WOULD EXPECT IT TO LAST LONGER. CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE ON WHAT I CAN AND SHOULD DO. THANK YOU!
