so i just add up all the charges and claim for that?I dont claim for any interest?dont I have to calculate the overdraft interest caused by the charges? and how the heck to I go about doing that?

I got my statements today.I can see the charges that I can claim for pretty clearly. In the step by step instructions it says to calculate "overdraft interest" how do i do that? and is it worth doing? Also.The 8% that is calculated in the spreadsheet cant be claimed unless It goes to court?so if my charges get refunded ater my first letter ,then I cant claim the 8%? is this correct? thanks jo
