hi moneysuperbroke i'm at the same point as you with egg they are doing the same to me as you by the letterjust bare with it it will get better. i'm trying to fined a way of stopping the credit refance agencies from allowing egg to up date my date while the account is in dispute chin up and keep up the fight they are in the wrong and your right lets make them pay cheers jcbkabs

hi can someone help me please i put my egg account into dispute on the 12/06/2009 no reponse to letter resent it on the 15/07/2009 still no reply to the letters came home tonight and had an email to log into my egg account to read a secure message message was to tell me that they are going to issue a default on me in the next few days is there a way i can stop this happening or a letter i can send to the credit refance agencies

Hi We Bought A Caravan From Discover Back In April 2008 For £13495 Putting 1000 Down And Financing The Rest With Black Horse. We Took The Caravan Away For The First Time In June And Found Some Faults The Windows On The Front Of The Van Over Lapped, The Heater Only Worked On Gas, Warter Ingruss On The Cassate Locker Door, The Fixed Bed Headboard Was Bowing In The Middle So Was To Big For The Space It Was In, The Door Lock Didn't Catch The Surport Boards Behind The Day Beds Don't Have Suficent Surport And Have Split, The Curtain Door Track Has Not Been Screwed In To A Wood Surport And Is Coing Away From The Roof, The Locker Locks Are Difficult To Close And Lock And A Few Other Miner Faults. Phone Discover To In June To Get It Booked In They Told Me That They Would Get Back To Me, 10 Phone Calls Later Me Phoning Them And 4 Months Later The Agreed To Have The Caravan In To Do The Repairs. They Had The Parts For And Make A List Of The Parts They Need To Order, I Dropped The Caravan Off To Them On The 15th Sept 2008 And They Agreed They Would Do What They Had Agreed To Do On The Friday Phoned Them To Arange To Colect So We Could Take It Away And Test The Repairs They Had Do I Turned Up At 1630 They Hadn't Even Looked At The Caravan So Myself And The Workshop Manager Went Over The Van And He Made A List And Said He Woul Order The Parts And Phone Me To Arange For The Caravan To Go Back In He Quoted A Lead Time Of 6 To 10 Weeks. 2 Dec Phone For An Update Told Manger Would Phone Me Back Still Waiting Phoned Another 6 Times Still No Joy So Sent Them Both A Letter Rejecting The Goods, Both Refuse To Exchange The Caravan For A New One Or Refund My Money As I Think I Have Given Them Resonable Time To Put It Right. Just About To Notifiy A Solicitor To Take Legal Action. Any Ideas If This Is The Right Way To Go As Have 5 Week Till We Go Away With Friend But Wife Frighten Something Else Might Be Wrong With It Cheers Jcbkabs
