i never realised that on thehttp://spendingchallenge.hm-treasury.gov.uk/how-can-we-rethink-public-services-to-deliver-more-for-less/create-spending-challenge-website if you type in terminating atos contract theres quite alot of responses -
well i dont think it matters where you live,it doesnt say scotland only,or does it and i`v missed that bit.
-
i cant fill this in as my medical with atos was for pca,but its a good oportunity for anyone who has had the medical to say what they think
-
i wish you luck, maybe if atos were made to refund some of the assessment fee for every unfair decision that goes in claimants favor at appeal they would be fairer at these medical`s,just a personal thought,
-
what if you won your ib by appeal, how would you know then
-
how do you know when your pca is due,is it every 12months?
-
yeah, its one of the reasons i stay on here, although i won my appeal i dont think i could have done it without the support of all the good people on this site,i was so depressed i nearly gave up fighting on more than one occasion, the people on here gave me support and hope, and i hope on occasions i put some useful info on here that might help myself and others, keep going is my motto:)
-
yep, that was me,dwp asked for sor ,sent me letter telling me they had requested this and would notify me of their decision (whether they were going to appeal against the decision or not)within a fortnight of receiving the sor, they never did notify me of anything,my rep got on to them after about 1 month to find out what was happening,my ib was finally paid to me in dec,

-
totally agree with everything you have said here, how about we put mp`s on minimum wage, take away their expenses etc,let them experience what its like to live on the bread line
