  1. Hi dx Great Thanks. What address I should send it to? I was thinking to send it back to the address that their PPI letter came from, but I will send it recorded delivery and the address shows a PO BOX. Who's gonna sign for it? This is the address Barclays PPI 321Team PO Box 9133 Wigston LE18 9DG Thanks TFD
  2. Hi all Found it. The one for Current Ac was right under my nose. Silly Billy. Still can't find a letter to send with the ppi spready Thanks TFD
  3. Hi all I was browsing and looking and looking and again browsing............. Can't find a letter to send together with both claims. I was thinking to do them myself but I changed my mind, as I don't want to miss to put something on or to put something wrong, something that might make them hang onto. Can anybody point me to some letters that might be the right ones to send together with the forms, please? Thanks in advance TFD
  4. Just need to print the letters and I just need to change the name to the one with the acc charges and they good to go. I will print them in the same day I will send them.
  5. Got it. Thanks Barclays PPI.xls Barclays Account Fees.xls
  6. Hi slick Yes. It was for O/D. Didn't agreed to it. We didn't even know we paid it until Barclays contact us about it. Thanks TFD
  7. Hey dx How do I attach doc's? I've only attached pics on here, so far. Thanks TFD
  8. Hi all Right, all done. What you mean by where was charged, slick? PPI - 347.2 + int = 599.28 Acc - 250.5 + int = 431.75 both by today's date Thanks TFD
  9. Hi slick Already started Thanks TFD
  10. Hi slick all together about £250 charges from 2005 till 2009 I think they charge it how they were pleased. I couldn't find any letter to confirm any changes. Was stopped for a few months in 2006 then started again. Didn't even know we pay this. Funny thing is that, they stopped charging this together with the PPI in 07/2009. Thanks TFD
  11. Hi slick So then is ok if I use the same one for both, which is the first one in the link above. Just need to change the title from PPI to account fees, right? Thanks TFD
  12. Found it. Is the one called "Compound Interest" ? Thanks TFD
  13. I can still use the same spread sheet as the one for PPI, right? Thanks TFD
  14. Hi slick Thanks So, so far this is what we can and what we cannot claim back. 1. PPI - YES 2. Unpaids out - NO 3. Paid Referral - NO 4. Account Fee - YES 5. Interest charged - NO 6. Reserve fee - NO 7. Guaranteed Fee -NO With the PPI they sent us a letter and ask us to contact them about it. That's what actually make us to SAR them. With regards to the "Account Fee" can I put it together with PPI on the same spread sheet (8% interest back)? Or there has to be a different spread sheet with the letter from the library attached? Thanks TFD
  15. Hi slick Thanks for your reply. Sorry for not mentioning early, these are charges applied to a bank account that has O/D facility. So the charges were against O/D. What about this "Reserved Fee" and there is something else that came out, "Guaranteed Fee". All these had nothing to do with interest applied. Interest was still applied to O/D. Back in 2014 we received a letter simply headed " INTRODUCING NEW, SIMPLER OVERDRAFT CHARGES AND HELPFUL WAYS TO AVOID FEES" wich actually raised O/D interest over the roof.
  16. Just found another one called "Reserve fee". Is over £20. This one started back in 2009. Not a clue what this is either. It just popped out from one statement to another.
  17. Great. Thanks for your quick answer DX. I'll wait for slick as well. Thanks TFD
  18. Hi all First of all, I want to say a big THANK YOU to all forum moderators and members that are always on, answering all of our threads and questions. Well done to all of you. This site is the most helpful of all. I'm trying to claim back the PPI for my O/H from Barclays. The account was opened back in 2004. I SAR Barclays already and I just received the pack thru the post. At a quick look, I found that there were more payments going out to Barclays from this account such as: 1. PPI 2. Unpaids out 3. Paid Referral 4. Account Fee - this suddenly appeared at one point in the statements without any changes in the account type, and the fee was gradually going up. 5. Interest charged We still got a lot of stuff from back then, that was received from Barclays, but we couldn't find anything (like letters or even an account Ts and Cs or anything that bears any signature). Does anybody know if all these can be claimed back from Barclays along with PPI? Thanks in advance TFD
  19. Hi LondonUser and well done with this. Whats the address that you sent the letter to? And whom you address it? What dept. please? Thanks TFD
  20. Nothing happened really. Is the same. No letters sent no letters received. I was thinking to send them the same letter. in about 5 months will be 6 years from the default. Everything will probably gone then. Not sure what will happen after the six years period. Would they gonna put it again......
  21. Hi LondonUser. My OH is in the same possition with Lloyds. They did an entry on credit file for the sum with charges, we reclaim the charges which we got back, and then they did another entry for the sum that was left. Couse the second one not even right. Looks like whoever from Lloyds did this was not very good at maths. I bet Lloyds did this to a lot of their customers. How did it go with yours so far? Thanks TFD
  22. Thanks dx I'm not very good at composing letters but I will figure one out. Thanks again
