About 6 months ago I had my eyes tested at my local supermarket, received a perscription for glasses which I puchased in the store. the other day I noticed that one of the lens was missing. On closer inspection I found that a tiny screw was missing resulting in the lens dropping out and I am unable to find it (the lens) I took the glasses back to the supermarket , had a word with the optician manager who said that as part of the glasses is missing I must purchase a new pair, is this correct ? I certainly don't think so. Glasses are guaranteed for a year. Nothing to do with me the screw became loose and fell out
