  1. Please i need experts' advice, in 2008-2009 i had debt problem of about 20k, and about 7-8 accounts of credit cards, loan and current accounts went into default as i lost my job, but in 2011 i was wrongly advised by DFD to take up IVA which i did, but i later reaslised it was not a good decision as most of the money will be going to them , hence my IVA failed last year, and i have not paid into the account again, My problem again is that i checked IVA register recently and my name was not on the register, hence i am deeply traoubled and confused, I then want to get round my problem and correct my credit file once and for all, Why is my name not on the register? Should i go for offer of full and final settlement option with the creditors and i should wait till 2015 when all the defaults will drop off from my credit fill. Am i still under IVA scheme as i do not see any diffrence between IVA and bankruptcy and mostly as most high street banks see them as the same. Please what should i do. Your help, advice, counselling, and assistance will be highly appreciated or what should i do? i am deeply troubled and want to get this problem behind me. Please note that i do not know how to open new thread that is why i am posting here. Further can i still request for CCA when all the credits were taken post April 2007. Finally i think i took a credit card from LLOYDS before april 2007 but last time i checked my CRA there was nothing showing on my CRA file as per that account from LLoyds.
