  1. I am helping a number of friends and clients with hardship claims. Some Banks have been ignoring requests to consider claims, and it has taken 3 letters to even gain acknowledgement. They have then used their complaints process to deal with this ie full and final response within 8 weeks, but even this timescale has been ignored. Any advice and the next stage will be much appreciated.
  2. This is only in relation to any claims that they are handling. A Judge has placed a 'Stay' on THEIR client cases only. This will be down to that particular company's lititgation tactics. It does not mean that all cases are on hold.
