Pleas can some one help me. I went into an overdraft by £10, so my account was minus £10 on the statement. Now Natwest is charging me over £400 in interest n stuff. But this was not the cause of direct debit, it was a simple a mistake as I did not now I had used £10 elsewhere and used it again. I’m only 18 and have had this account since I was 16. Iv been to the bank to sort out a pay back scheme but I have no job and its hard for me to pay this back. They recently sent me a letter stating they want me to pay or else some thing will happen, they want me to respond within 8 days, its been 6days already. Pleas can you let me no if there is a possibility that I could get my money beck from Natwest. Thank you Umar
