Just been to the county court yesterday for a removal of stay and all my argumants were thrown out by the judge. See attached Skeleton Argument. When it came to grounds of Financial hardship the judge looked at the spreedsheet and stated that the £319 bank charges claimed would not make any difference to my situation and refused to lift the stay on these grounds. I know the Bank charges arn't a large amount but it is the principle that I am fighting for. These charges started accumulating 18 months after I asked them to close the account because they would not change my partners name on the account after we got married. Book2.xls
