  1. Hi Dx, I checked through some old letters, and I found the default judgement letter (N30) showing that the claimant is EGG BANKING PLC, and drydens is their solicitor. Thanks B
  2. There is no PPI but at that time I was not well, so I could not file a defence, however, I know that I can not use that as my main point. If anyone has any advice, it will be much appreciated.
  3. Hi DX, Yes, I am currently paying to the claimant DCA (drydens Solicitor) Thanks B
  4. Hi All, I had bad time with my business in 2004 and eventually it become a court case with HSBC business loan. AT that time I could not deal with any other creditors and in the end, of which all defaulted. A CCJ for over £14k Egg loan made against in 2006 I didn't defend the claim and there was an interim charging order made against our property later a final charging order was registered in 2007. I am paying £40 to DCA for this debt from 2011. I knew it was my mistake and mentally I was not fit. I sent SAR to egg and got a reply but I could not get much information or any court papers. DCA is drydens ltd My question is there anything I can do now? Any advice offered would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. B

  8. I'm really in need of some help! I had a LV card from 2000 went into default about 2007. R/way managed to get a CCJ registered and secured against my property in 2008 by default that me and my wife own. (I didn’t know about CAG) I have not paid any to date. Last week I requested a copy of CCA to R/W. Today I got the cheque returned saying they don't have to comply with your request. Letter from HF Solicitors: ------------------------------------------------------ Re: R/W Limited We write regarding your recent correspondence received on the 2nd of May 2012, the contents of which we note. As your account is secured by way of a judgment and a final charging order gained on the 06th of November 2008, our client does not to comply with your request for a copy of the signed agreement. Please find enclosed the fee that you provided for the above request. We have held your account for 10days in order for you to forward in your payment proposal. Your sincerely, HR ------------------------------------------------------ Thanks.

  10. Can anyone please help with some advice? I had a Nationwide card from 1999 went into default about 2007 been paying back to DCA payment until March 2012. I sent a CCA request to DCA recently with a £1.00. And they wrote to me back as: We write in reply to your letter dated 00/05/2012. We are returning the enclosed cheque and will be please to request a copy Credit Agreement if you will kindly forward a cheque for the sum of £1.00 payable to AG Limited Furthermore, as the above account has not at any time been in dispute, liability admitted and a repayment programme maintained until march 2012, will you kindly advice us as to why you are requesting a copy credit agreement and confirm whether you acknowledge opining the above account and the balance accoutring to your record. If you are disputing the outstanding balance or believe that the account has been the subject of fraud, kindly provide full details to enable our client to investigate this matter. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks. bob
