Hi. This is my first post on this forum. I am currently dealing with MBNA and so far have spoken to Colin Pugh.. I called 01244 672740 and spoke to female who put me through to him. I am not claiming any charges back as I dont have any but I am fighting the exorbitant interest being charged. After looking at my account he confirmed that if i continur making the required minimum payment it would take me 58 years to pay it off and i will have paid in the region of £45,000 for a £3500 card. Talk about profit. I have so far managed to arrange a copy of all my statements and a copy of my credit agreement free of charge and without writing. All being sent on thursday.. So hopefully will arrive as Colin is dealing with this personally..
