  1. I am currently claiming JSA and have been for a while and hate it. I really want a job but not been able to get one yet and the job centre staff are useless they are on at you none stop to get a job and put you on total waste of time courses that are suposed to help you get a job and they actually hold you back cos of lack of computers and staff. There is nothing that you can't do at home that you can do there. If I was the opening poster I would go off my head at the job centre its discusting that they wont phone the job they had to explain the mix up that was 100% their fault. They are suposed to help you get a job and preferably keep the job you get. Totally discusting. I would take this as far as you can as you had a job and wanted to keep it and the people who are ment to help you lost you the job so they can't fairly say you have not tryed to get a job.
  2. Not really a problem but thought I'd ask in case I ever got one as my local town is more or less pay to park nearly everywhere. If I did ever get ticket from traffic warden obviously if I'd paid to park I'd just keep ticket as proof. But there is one place where you can park for 30 minutes free then must move, what would happen if I parked there and got ticket would the traffic warden have to prove how long I was there or would I just have to pay the fine like unless they prove I was there longer its my word against the traffic wardens. Same with any other parking offence do who ever gives you the ticket have to prove where you parked or are they automatically right.
  3. Yes thats right what person above said. I have not gone to court over this and don't plan to.
  4. I got a bus lane fine in Wicker Sheffield and appealed and had it rejected. Now I have til 18th March to still pay reduced fine of £30 I can not afford any more so decided even tho I feel it is unfair I would pay it to get it done with as I was told on here if I was to just ignore them they would eventually take my car as the fine would go up that much. Now unfortunally I had a bump in my car on Saturday and I am hoping to get it repaired then obviously I would still need to pay the fine but at the minute it looks like its going to cost too much to get done so I was thinking if I can't get repairs done cheap enough I would sell the car. So then would I be able to get away with not paying the fine as the car that was driven in the bus lane wouldn't be mine. So what would happen if I just ignored the letters asking me to pay fine then as there would be no car for them to take.
  5. Is that a letter you got back from them? Have you took it further and if so what has happened?
  6. I do not know the area I was issued this PCN but I know I was in Sheffield on that day. I did not notice ay bus lane or gate ect. Yes drivers do deliberatly ignore some rules of road like going over stop line at traffic lights parking on double yellows ect but no one would really deliberatly drive on a road that was going to cost them £30 or £60 fine are they?
  7. So if I appealed would I have a good chance of winning it?
  8. Thanks for that. Is the junction you mean on any of the pics they sent me? Also what should I put on the letter?
  9. Any one any ideas what I should do would I be likely to win if I appealed and what happens at next stage of appeal?
  10. Does any one know what the chances are of me winning if I appeal again and what exactly would happen like would I need to go or anything?
  11. I recieved the letter I posted earlyer in thread from them saying the signage is clear and nothing wrong with it and posted photos they sent me.
  12. Could someone please tell me if this would win an appeal or not? Also am I right in thinking if I appeal again even in the 14 days I have to pay reduced fine that if I lose it will go up to £60.
