Hi all, I'm struggling to figure out how to get around the issue of the blank interest field if my account is in credit at the end of the month! ie: Period ending 30/03/2001 - Interest charged £17.41 - End Balance £420.60 But the interest field remains blank??!!! Can anyone give me a deffinative answer to this? I'm getting balder by the minute Ta very much

Just out of curiosity...... assuming I succeed (like a budgie with no teeth) with my claim, what is the score with any future charges? Will the bank give up trying to charge daft amounts or will they just carry on as they always have done?
