  1. I have three CO's placed on my property since april 2010. I have never received a copy of the final orders (they were granted), the interim orders read that the court orders that the debtor in the asset described stand charged with the payment of £13,000 + £8,000 + £25,000 together with any further interest becoming due and the cost of the application. My question is, i have never received any written notification of the interest i am being charged on the order, do they need to inform me of this? any help greatly appreciated
  2. A BTL house i owned was due to be repossessed in march 2008, but this was not done until 18 months later, the mortgage company have admitted their mistakes and agreed to pay back the interest for the period and the difference in the house sale price because of the delay. I have complained to the ombudsman and have just received their final review which has awarded me a further £2,500 (half the difference between the two house valuation figures, the bank had offered the lower figure previously). Apart from the interest payments and depreciation value of the sale price are there any other ways I can get more money from their mistake any help greatly appreciated ps i have until 6May to reply back to ombudsman with my answer
  3. My house has also been repossessed and greatly undersold. Properties recently sold in my street have fetched between 185,000 and 202,000. My property was originally marketed at 189,950 but failed to sell so they put it in an auction and sold it for 140,000. This has left me very angry as it does not even cover what I owe, i bought the property 6 years ago for 152,000 and i got that at a good price for a quick sale then, so how they can let this sell for this low price is beyond me. I would be greatful for any advice on what to do next. many thanks
