  1. Name of the Claimant ? Arrow

    Date of issue 21 July

What is the claim for – the reason they have issued the claim?

    1. the claimants claim is for 7000 being monies due from the defendant to the claimant under a regulated agreement between the defendant and M&S financial services plc (no****) and assigned to the claimant (**/**/2013) notice of which has been provided to the defendant.

    2. the defendant has failed to make payment in accordance with the terms of the agreement and a default notice has been served pursuant to the CCA 1974

3 the claimant claims the sum of 7000

4 C (sic) has complied as far as necessary with the pre-action conduct practice direction

What is the value of the claim? as above

Is the claim for - credit card (I think)

When did you enter into the original agreement before or after 2007? After I would say, not sure though.

Has the claim been issued by the original creditor or was the account assigned and it is the Debt purchaser who has issued the claim. DCA Arrow

Were you aware the account had been assigned – did you receive a Notice of Assignment? I don't think so. Ive moved around a little bit since.

Did you receive a Default Notice from the original creditor? I don't know.

Have you been receiving statutory notices headed “Notice of Default sums” – at least once a year ? I have been receiving regular letters from Arrow.

Why did you cease payments? Hit the buffers in the recession, mostly due to some dishonest people (thats another story!!)

What was the date of your last payment? Not sure, but it has to be approaching if not over 6 years.

  2. you obviously don't understand the significance of why missy came along a few series back HB.....

    it opened the door

also there were females that were turned into daleks way way back in the story centring around the empire state building episodes

however, this all really started with doctor donna sadly.

there was a serious push for Catherine Tate to follow politically within the BBC

it was the start of why Russell T Davies eventually left

lots of reading to do if you want to read the full story and sadly not on any thing controlled or edited by the BBC

but the first real indications were the doctors 50th live BBC show..who wasn't there.... and who said if she did they wouldn't..

nuff said from this way else my relations will be revealed..

    dx

All joking aside, I have seen this coming.

Mainly because of "missy", and the new assistant not being attracted to men funnily enough.

  3. The detail:

We returned one dress (faulty) it was received well over a week ago, and they sent an email to say they had got it back. It's been nearly 2 weeks and no refund.

Even more worryingly, they're selling stuff they don't have. We ordered a new dress to replace the one sent back. Paid for 2-3 day delivery.

Nothing. No email. The days went past, and in the end I rang them (emails are ignored)

Apparently there's been a "system error" resulting in them selling dresses that they don't have.

Ringing them is not easy. Expect a very long wait.

    My advice is to avoid.

A quick search on google for feedback on this company will reveal the growing problem.

  4. These guys have a major problem. They're selling stock they don't have, they don't refund, they don't answer the phone.

Over the past few weeks they've sunk into a bit of a mire.

If you're planning a wedding, or buying for a prom etc don't go here. If you like the stuff they sell get it from a 3rd party, don't buy direct.
