Okay my niece is close on getting a job in U.K. and she needs a good phone that she can use for regular calls and at the same time is capable of voip calls. We are using Onesuite (calling card and voip) for our long distance calls and my niece wants to save as much as possible for calling back home and voip I think will save her a few bucks here and there versus using the local phone provider in U.K. Will an unlocked GSM HTC phone work in U.K.? Is free wifi common like in coffee shops? Can you buy a prepaid sim in U.K.? Thanks in advance.
