My run in with CP Plus ties in nicely with this one, cheeky f**kers i only stopped to grab an over priced coffee n grab an quick kip because i could feel my eyes going after working all night, cant wait to recieve the next love letter :grin:

Evening all, just got in from work and to my horror opened a nice brown envelope containing a PCN from CP Plus asking me very kindly for £80 (reduced to £50) if i pay up within 14 days, i parked at Thurrock Services, Saturday morning after working on all night on Friday, i was on my way back to Maidstone, Kent, felt very tired stopped to get a coffee closed my eyes for a bit and when i woke up it was 9.15 am, i didnt think to look at how long you can and cant park at 5.30 in the morning after working all night, so you can imagine im fuming at this, the car park was practically empty and i had no ticket on the car. Now according to this letter ive entered into a contract with CP Plus when i entered the car park/service area...no-one asked me !!, if id parked their all day and buggered off into London then yeah i could understand, ive read a few threads regarding these scumbags and it seems i dont have a massive amount to be worried about, but any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty much the line i have been towing regarding Welcome, i havent heard from them since March now(bar one letter...which got filed correctly), nor has my solicitor despite two letters, The Maidstone branch has now deceased, and im just enjoying every Welcome free day, my phones never been so quiet !!

Or you can have that meal over 5 years at 85%APR:D...bargain just sign the CCA and we can shred it and deny all knowledge
