Got letter back today stating paying me ESA at assessment rate until appeal is heard but they have not give me a date for hearing, is this normal

Well GL24 came today by 2nd class only two days i thought would take longer, anyway filled in form and stated reasons why i disagreed with the decision and on what descriptors and why it has an effect on my daily functions.will have to wait and see what they decide to do next.

just wondering if it would be ok to use the template letter in the sticky thread that erika pnp has made

I will have to wait for form as not got access to a printer at the moment

Finally got to see my doctor today and after explaining circumstances he has given me an unfit note for a period of six weeks, do i wait for the gl24 form or shall i draft a letter from a template. i want to get this off as soon as possible as i dont know how long the dwp will take to get back to me. Any help much appreciated

Hi Matt Phoned DWP 3 times as i did not pass security check but eventually was told that they will send me a gl24 or something to appeal the decision but in the meantime i can write a letter as they will receive it quicker as they can only send form out 2nd class. I was also told as you informed me that i will have to send in fit notes while i am appealing, i will lose my wrag supplement for the duration but will get it backdated if i win appeal. I acnnot get to see a doctor for two weeks but managed to get my doctor to telephone me in the morning, may be able to get a note that way will ahve to wait and see.

Hi I have received a letter from jobcenter plus informing me that after my assessment dated 4/03.2013 that i am no longer entitled to employment support allowance, The letter states that although they recognise that i have a disability or health issue i do not qualify as i did not meet the required 15 points from the assessment they actually awarded me o points. Iwas originally in work related action group for over 4 years any help or advice on this matter would be most helpfull please.

HI snugs took a loan out with mobile money could not afford repayments so when they said they were repossessing the car we let them take it and thought that would be the end of the matter that was nearly two years ago, car was auctioned on ebay i dont know how much for but now i have a letter off a colection agency acting on behalf omm asking for a 1000 plus like i said we dont know/or have been informed how much the car sold for or how much we still owed on the agreement until recently

HI mobile money repossessed my car over two years ago, heard nothing until two weeks ago then a letter came from a collection agency saying i still owed 1000 plus for this car. i heard nothing off them as to what they sold the said car for any advice please

just an update to my earlier post i have sorted thi with swindon council they hav e now taken the file back off the bailiffs (chandlers) who came to my home earlier and said they had spoken to council but had been instructed by the council to collect the debt anyway, i have now got it put onto an arrangement where council take 3.00 a week out of my esa i got this by sendin them the letter from cag stating the vulnerable persons act chers cag for the invaluable advice given by the members will donate as soon as i can

sorry i have not been on site for while i sent a letter to local council regarding c/t arrears stating that my partner is suffering from anxiety and depression and is classed as bein vulnerable person under the enforcement agents act (24/5/10) i also copied in chandlers bailiffs by email and also by hard copy today at 1pm bailiff from chandlers turns up and says that even though he has ot my email and letter that the council are still instructin him to come and collect on wpa tomorrow morning from 6am i asked them to take back file from bailiffs and to deduct monies from my employment support allowance help needed please

thanks trooper68 i did not ring them i just e-mailed them explaining my circumstances and have saved a copy i thought that was an odd statement to make as i have read other posts and still have the bos copy many other members cant be wrong about bos
