Thankyou for the congratulations by the way - although dont feel very much like someone to be messed with, am in alot of pain and walking like a penguin, which is why I wanna grab Welcome by the short and curlies and get my dosh back...!!! ...oh my, im starting to wind myself up now !! Do you have a template I could send in the first instance to see what they say ?

If I do that, does that mean I do not have to pay them until the dispute is resolved ? Can the account still be put in dispute whilst the complaint is with the FOS ? If I do put the account in dispute and stop making payments, with the situation with Welcome at the moment, what is the most likely outcome ? Are they still likely to harass the life outta me ? Can anyone advise then what I should do with my loan ? Im still paying it, and waiting for the S.A.R to come through so I can look at all info. Welcome have already refunded part of my PPI - but witheld the rest. Complaint is now with the FOS and is awaiting adjudication. Should I stop making payments or continue with them ? Thanks Guys

Hi All As you probably already know, I have an ongoing battle with these morons and have logged a complaint with the FSA after them giving me a partial refund of my PPI. After speaking to the FSA, they have such a huge backlog, and now I just want to get back my money and take them to court now. Can I do this as I have logged a complaint with the FSA ? if so, what is the first step to take ? I really need all the help and support here if poss, this site is sooo great and helpful, and I hope fellow caggers can help me beat this vermin. Thanks in advance

my brother in laws mum had the same letter, and so I wrote to them for her asking for all premiums paid to date plus the interest to be refunded.....hopefully she will get something back from that....

Maybe Welcome have rounded them all up and have locked them away somewhere, where they cant do their damage !! .....Cant wait until the all comes to a head and they get whats coming to them ( Welcome I mean )
