  8. hi every one, looking for some help......a liability order was granted by the local magistrates court for outstanding council tax didnt no it had until i got a letter from bailifs in december saying it had been passed over to them to collect was going to contact bailiffs after xmas to sort somthing out re a payment plan as this debt gose back a few year and has been added altogether and no way am i able to pay off in 1 go (£4000) i no its alot and over the years had monthly payment plans with the council but then somthing would happen like had time off work sick one month then bank charges took out of account the next month and just got so far behind with the payments then in the end had to stop the standing order because charges were geting added to my bank account every month as not enough funds going in to cover all my payments...any way back to the bailiffs after xmas got a letter from council say that they had sent the same letter to my employer and were going to be taking £50 a month out of my wage until i had payed £850 i owed them they did not say what this was for so i just it was the first lot of council tax and they would keep doing this till the lot was payed and also releived it was sorted out at last. Then yesterday get a 2nd letter from bailiffs saying i hav faild to make arangmets to pay there for they will be calling at my home this coming weekend with a removal contractor to remove my goods and would prefer me to be in attendance when they remove my goods.or should i perefer to pay the balance outstanding payment to be at the office in good time before he calls.....just wanted to get some advice before i do any thing else so if any one can help i would be so greatfull.I no ive went on a bit already but wanted to get every thing in one last thing do i have to sign any thing before he can take any thing and can he enter my house if iam not in.x

  10. hi every one....i have been trying since end of september to claim back £1,800 in charges from natwest under the hardship waiver.after sending them all the info on my finances and proof of court orders for rent arrears(due to them repeateadly putting charges on my account).i was told last week i did not fit critera for hardship, which i fiind very hard to belive!!!!! on 8.12.08 i sent them a fainal letter along with a copy of the hardship waiver n highlighted the critera i belive i fit and stated if i dont get a response to this in 10 days i will then take my case to the fos or to the courts......just a matter of waiting now.
  11. hi,yb..had read the waiver & down loaded it from your signature (thanks for that)i have wrote to natwest again & sent the waiver defineing hardship and highlighted the parts which i think come under.so iam just waiting for a response now...hopefully not long now sent it monday asking them to reply in 10days otherwise i would be writing to the fos....will let u no how i get on
  12. hi every 1 any 1 had any joy wiv sunderland county court lifting stays....thinking about applying to them re being refused by natwest for a hardship claim.
  13. hi every 1 just new to this.....when i first joined 2days ago i was waitin 4 a reply from natwest to say if they wud consider lifting the stay on my claim for charges due to hardship.....got the letter yesterday after waiting 3 weeks to tell me they didnt consider me fiting the criteria for hardship and my claim is put on hold till after the test case. i find this realy dishearting as i made sure i read the statements from the fsa and loads more info on hardship cases before puting in for it,and fited 5 of the situations out of 9 that the fsa states in the waiver you to fit the criteria for hardship.natwest didnt even bother to tell me in the letter why i didnt fit it just said THEY didnt think i was in financial hardship.....iam so mad!!!!!!........can any 1 help me with wat 2 do next if there is anything i can do that is.i wud be greatfull for all help n info.
  14. thanks 4 that.did get to hav a look at sum of t&c...but still few more things i need to read n hav a look at.....i,ll get there lol:D
