lesley i filed a claim against a&l on 22/06/06 deemed to be served 28/06/06 due to the weekend and recieved a chq for full ammount and costs on 15/07/06 and interestingly the cheque was dated 04/07/06 so dont worry hang on in there your money will be coming soon but be warned i have just recieved a letter giving me 1 month to move all my transactions before they close my account so like me get a new account elsewhere. well done so far:)
