It is the case notes on the letter from the court - my son has the actual summons and i will not see him until tomorrow. But he is being asked to plead guilty/not guilty on the court details as sent to him by the court which has his name on it and case number.

Hi first time posting so thanks in advance for any help or suggestions. Background My son got a ticket for obstruction the highway when he clearly was not - he was parked on waste ground and has photos to prove it. However a Policeman gave a ticket and we decided to plead not guilty. My son could not attand the first date and so they have sent another. But whilst the letter is dated the 10th November - the case details sheet attached is dated the 27th November and we got it yesterday the 29th Nov. What is interesting is that in the case details they quote a car reg different to the car my son was driving. I think other details are wrong as well - but i cannot get hold of the original summons to my son until Monday. In the meantime - any thoughts on what this could mean would be most welcome. Thanks
