Hi Guys Ive spent the past hour or so reading other HSBC customers stories, from the onset of their claims to the final result and although very nervous Im going to try and claim back the 10 years charges that HSBC have taken from myself. However Im unsure of the timescales I have to give and the format of the letters I need to send to my branch.Ive tried looking in the library for the letter formats but cant find them/it. Any help/advice will be much appreciated. Davina
