Could someone help me? I bought a DVD box set for Christmas on the 11th of November and after 2 weeks had passed it never showed. I phoned play.com and someone who works there said she would send me a replacement and I said fair enough and hung up, I checked the order status today and it said I got refunded when I didn't want a refund I wanted a replacement. So I just rang up play.com and a gentleman said that she had refunded me and I had to order the same box set again, when I asked why didn't she send me another one out he didn't answer. So how long does it take for play.com refunds to go back into my bank account? And will I get a refund and not ripped off? Thanks, Emma.
