Hello, can anyone help? Due to loosing my job and being late paying bill a few years ago my contract with t-mobile was closed by them and a £100 contract cancelation charge slapped on the account. After recently checking my credit file it is down as a default and unsettled. Where do I go from here? Should I offer to pay on the condition the default is removed or are there any other ways around it? many thanks!

Well I 've heard nothing more from Ikano and a claim was issued by Money claim online on the 29th of November, as IKANO havent submitted defence I guess I win by default can anyone clarify this stage? Is it 14 working days you have to wait? Many thanks, Paul.

WELL, Ikano offered as 'a gooodwill gesture' full amount of £375. the thing is Im getting greedy now and also want my costs (moneyclaim £50 fee) Which I stated I was claiming for, any suggestions?

well I filled in moneyclaim online today. didnt bother with intrest as was unsure what to do and think it would only have been about £30. will let you know the outcome.

Hi Im in the process of claining back £375 worth of charges. There deadline is up tommorow (28th) and like everyone else they have only offered me 50% and stuck to this. So I will fill out money claim in the morning. I havent mentioned intrest but can I add it in now at the moneyclaim stage? If so How do I work it out? What is the likey outcome? any help appreciated Paul x

Hi Got letter back from Halifax today, which wasnt expecting. Thought they always say they gonna defend? They dont inted to defend and will give me total refund £1344 plus £120 costs. Nice 1!!!!!!!! Will have dosh within next 5 working days . Nothing about closing account. Thanks very much for help donation on its way. What do I do now ? fill in survey. Yikes!! help. Ive just had a go at working out interest on my £1344 worth of charges. Had a look at all the spreadsheets and FAQ's and I am baffled! Seriously thinking of not including this as I just cant work it out! anyone any suggestions? Thankyou!!!

Hi I sent the LBA on 12 sep. So I gave a deadline of 27th, they replied today with offer of £270. So do I make my claim on the 27th or just start it now?

Hi guys, Im a little stuck. sent my LBA letter threatening court action on the 27th of september. Had letter today offering £270. What do I do? just start moneyclaim tommorow or wait til 27th?
