hi guys/gals recieved a letter from halifax this morning stating i was being fined 39.00 as there wasnt enough cash in for my broadband payment..not sure if theres anythin i can do about it..if so how would u suggest i approach them...i can be calm,stern,angry.ballsitic.stubborn...woteva it takes really any advice welcome
