they must be i have received so many letters from these people despite the fact that i make payments via payplan. I just ignore them, but i am getting fed up really.

according to the notice they have 20 days to defend the claim

acknowledgement of service has been filed ,received a copy of the notice

hi need some feedback, sent off my letter before action about 3 months ago. got the usual reply now i intend to take action. do i send off my claim form to the court or write another letter before action? this is because the original letter stated that i would take action in 14 days.

Hi Guys After sending off letters , received the usual responses. Tried to issue a claim online, but was told that it would not be valid as their address is not in england. Please advice It is in fife

The county court has received my claim and are processing it now. I should receive a letter from them anytime from now. will keep you posted, apparently once the claim is processed, the bank has got 14 days to respond...........

hang on! sent off my claim, downloaded the form and addressed it to dartford county court as its close to me. is that correct?

Hi Guys Filled out a hard copy of the claim form instead. Sending it off to the county court via recorded delivery today.
