    Mezzanine financing A hybrid of debt and equity financing that is is typically used to finance the expansion of existing companies. Mezzanine financing is basically debt capital that gives the lender the rights to convert to an ownership or equity interest in the company if the loan is not paid back in time and in full. It is generally subordinated to debt provided by senior lenders such as banks and venture capital companies.

    I bumped into pkelly the other day. He was carrying a mirror, when all of a sudden he threw it down. I asked him what he did that for, he replied "No point in both of us carrying it" :)

    Hi Sparkie, Mezzanine finance, is cheaper than equity financing and does not require the company to give up equity.

    Hi, I've had the same letter a few times. How many people have had positive outcomes to their complaints? The bottom line is, they just ignore everything you send them. Whats needed is some way to stop them pursuing you, from DCA to DCA, which we all know is not easy. regards

    Hi Sparkie, Nothing Specific. I am just not sure about when and where. ie Do you use cpr 31.14 for instance when legal action comences. Can you use cpr 31.16 for information before legal action commences. just a general question about using CPR. regards
