Hi everyone. Have received my credit report from Checkmyfile and this particular debt is not listed along with some other debts. Aktivs solicitors are still chasing this and I have asked them what they consider a reasonable payment as they rejected my offer. they also offered me a full and final settlement. Why would they not be listed on my credit file. Bemused. Thanks.

Hi. I have just received an online credit report from Checkmyfile and there seems to be loads of creditors missing. Could anyone give me any reasons why this could be? The reason I have done a credit check is that Aktiv crapital have been chasing a debt. Any help would be appreciated. kimberley.

Don't know exactly but it's over two years ago maybe three. We stopped paying them because they started missing payments to my list of creditors because there was a bit of a management dispute going on.

I have loads of outstanding debts. These people are the first to have chased for over two years. Was with a DMC but they where useless,got a ccj through them just telling me to admit to it and pay a few quid each month to two more DCA's. Hope this doesn't confuse things.
