Hi, The location was Upton Park, close to West Ham Footaball ground, however the PCN I received in post, had no post code of the alleged offence. Under location: Queens Road with no post code given.

Thanks Micheal.I have looked at the photo evidence, there are no visible yellow line or clear road markings or bay markings to show that there are any parking restrictions in that particular location.In light of this point, I take on board that there was a sign however, due to the lack of road markings I was not prompted to look for a sign and even if I did, how would I know where the sign applied to. Please can someone point me to how to respond to this PCN by provide me with the right template letter to use.

I received a PCN Contravention 01J from Newham Council for Parking on on Queens Road in east London, no post code of the alleged offence given. Please help, any appeal template letter will be helpful.What is Contravention 01J. I understand 01 to 09 code, but 01J not sure of it.

Hello everyone I am a new member and have credit loans with the following NATWEST CREDIT CARDS NATWEST UNSECURED LOAN All of these agreements were taken out before 6th April 2007. What do I need to do to see whether these are unenforceable and how do I challenge the banks. Help! I have had a good read of everyone elses views and would appreciate your help particularly with reference to any standard responses that you write when dealing with the banks. Also am i in a position to reclaim the interest that has been paid since the agreement has started? And can I ask the financial institution to freeze the interest with my first letter?
