Hi This is my first post so i want to say Hi! But i also have another motive. I am thinking about pursuing an IVA to put an end to my debt problems however i have a large debt with Abbey and have heard they do not always vote at the creditor meeting stage. I have been told that they only deal with 3rd parties (including the Insolvency firm) via post/fax and refuse to speak to them on the phone despite 'authority to act' being given. Does anyone know any way round this barrier and maybe any contact details for Abbey's debt management department. Many Thanks
