  1. Pounds till Payday have sent me a default notice with a £59 charge one day before loan is due. Whats the best approach with this company?
  2. I have five of these, probably totalling 1K in debt before interest, this has now become unmanageable, have changed debit card so they cannot take anymore money out. I am with payday express, payday uk, quick quid, pounds till payday and wonga. What is the next procedure to follow to resolve these, I obviously cannot afford the interest on top but willing to pay the capital, but don't have a lot to offer, possibly £10 a month. Do I send off CCA's, await defaults and sending to DCA's? Saul
  3. I don't know if it was 6 years ago or not, would have been between 2002 - 05, but probably earlier rather than later, best to send CCA first to ascertain date?
  4. Have received a letter from this mob, chasing an old Ikano (Ikea) debt, possibly over 6 years old. It goes... We now inform you that 7 days from the date of this letter (22/10), we intend to instruct our legal dept. (!) to review your account. This "may" involve applying for a county court judgement to be registered against you by the courts, if successful, dependent on your circumstances we will apply to the court to enforce the judgement. If the courts grants enforcement of the CCJ we "could" look to 1. Instruct a bailiff or sheriff to remove goods from your premises 2. Obtain a charge against your property 3. Deduct payments directly from your salary through your employers 4. Obtain payments directly from your bank account 5. Request your attendance at court for examination of your financial means As an attempt to resolve this matter ... blah blah ... contact us now. What's the first repsonse, request a CCA? Many thanks in advance, Saul
