    they got 2 copies now tho lol ..... i will take them too court im only a month behind with the loan, i will get it upto date end of the month first so they can't foreclose

    they also said 1.. i never paid the account in 5 months ... 2 .. someone called 3 times from their debt concelling dept and couldn't get an answer ... which is BS

    Thats what i said to them .. i asked for a letter confirming their rejection

    I sent the letter and emailed it too and they phoned me up

    and are closing the case down

    they have stated they are refusing the letter the fees and can only refund hardship fees with proof .......

    Ok thanks ins21 i have downloaded and filled in the amounts etc ... its ready for mailing wiill mail it monday see what happens and donate also when either i get paid or if they surpass themselves and sort this early out of that ,,,,,,,,,,
