My landlord has a habit of turning up unexpected. He will knock on the door and if nobody answers within 30 seconds or so, he will let himself in. He wont give any prior notice atall. And even after us asking him to ring before turning up, he still doesn't. We obviously dont want things to turn nasty as we are both happy where we are, are there any suggestions as to what we can do?
