hi I have just viewed my credit file because i keep getting refused credit Back in 2007 a firm wanted to buy me out of my mobile contract and for some reason sent me out 4 sim cards. Bills started coming in, and i was from the start trying to sort it out. Eventually after taking advice orange seemed to take notice of me and someone in head office sorted it out. Sim cards were sent back unopened. I owed them nothing. Now just looked at my credit file and they have added a default, is this affecting my credit, if so can it be taken of. Everthing else on my file is fine. many thanks jewls

hi i went through a company last year for another ppi, roughly owing me 2240.00 i did,nt think i could do this on my own. So went through a company in March 2008 and at this moment, they have done nothing to resolve the matter, now in fact they has passed me over to a solicitors and having to fill out all the paperwork i did last year, so looks like i am back to square one. i would prefer now to deal with it myself and having told them i would not like them to act for me. It did not go to the ombudsman either, i am at a loss they have told me they will charge me for any work they have done.. so i do not know what this will be, i dont mind paying a nominal charge but without knowing just dont no my legal standing on it any input would be great because i really dont know what to do with this one. many thanks j

hi i have put through a ppi back in may,,also did one for my son...different company,,,my son keeps getting feedback also filled in details for the fsa. for my son .sent this of for him, i have had nothing back,,on mine also phoned them they said that the forty days were up,,,that was ages ago just getting fobbed of with them, phoned them today they could not give me any details as no one was in the office to deal with me i know this is five months now am i being unreal with the time scale, they just dont like to contact me jue
