I am up to my eyes on another legal thread on here. I am having so many problems with uploading my documents from pond **** in the pdf format, edited. I have a wireless printer than I can scan to my laptop. If I scan them in pdf format, I can't edit them. If I scan in jpg format, I can then use 'Paint' to painstakingly edit out personal info using the 'fill' tool but then can't save it as a pdf file. I am stoney broke and all the editing softwares want paying up front. Am I just being elderly

Today I have received from the County Court Business Centre a Notice of Transfer of Proceedings to County Court at Bristol. I have received 3 or 4 200-page photocopied 'packs' now of all my statements etc but still a blank DN. Also, on looking, my last £1 token payment of a 2-year agreement directly with M&S was made in May 2011. Since the pond **** took over, I have had no dealings whatsoever. Was also looking at Shoos letter of October 2016 responding to my request for CPR31.14, and they state QUOTE Our client as been assigned this debt pursuant to the Law of Property Act 1925. You are not a party to the agreement they have the seller, MBNA Europe Bank Limited, and are not entitled to a copy of the Deed of Assignment. If you believe you have the right to see this, please cite your authority. UNQUOTE

Today I have received a copy of their application for summary Judgment which has been filed with the County Court Business Centre. They are asking that I consider my position and confirm if I am willing to consent to their client's application. Contact them by no later than 7 February to confirm my position in response to their application.

Good day good people! I have committed the ultimate crime by shelving a letter from Shoos due to extenuating personal circumstances. I received the attached letter dated 25 April together with: 1. Income & Expenditure form for completion; 2. 2-page signed CC Agreement form dated 10 May 2007; 3. 2-page Statement of Transaction up until 17 February 2008; 4. Possibly due to the size of the print, I have now found a self employed contract for services....... 4th line down reads "You are obliged to correct any defective work in your own time without payment".
