Hello,, I qualify for a grant because I receive DLA. I have had a WarmFront survey and they accepted that my boiler needs replacing.. I have turned down two companies who WarmFront allocated the work to.The first was 'Domestic and General Ltd' because the engineer was giving me some flannel and the second was 'Iguana' because they have been on "Watchdog" twice on tv.. The latest firm to be allocated the job is a company called 'Heating Renewables' who trade as 'Harland Rise'.They are from Liverpool and I live in Gloucester!.. why they should select a company so far away I don't know!?.. Has anybody had any dealings with them, good or bad? I would be gratefull for any comments or advice... regards Bungitin

Hi,, My Certificate of Entitlement runs out in Feb '09. The back of the Certificate is a bit ambiguous and sort of suggests that if I need to reapply they will send me a new application form six months before (which would have been in August) .. Just to explain I managed to get the Higher level Mobility allowance after a nightmare experience claiming the allowance 5 years ago.. The DWP sent round their own Doctor to assess my health after a long battle and his report swung it... I have to say that I am really anxious about going through all that again.Do you think that I will have to claim again or is the fact that they hav'nt as yet (and touch wood they won't) contacted me significant.. regards Bungitin

Hi Canbrilla,,, Can you or anybody else tell me which make and model of boiler Warm Front are currently fitting please.. I'm hoping to have the same installation as you CB with a power flush.I'm rather hoping they use Vaillant boilers.If they don't, is it possible to get the installer to change to that make??.. regards Bungitin
