Hi there in need of some urgent advice from you for my mum please if you will help Ok she has worked for an English man/company in Malta for 3yrs in a hotel doing timeshare sales so comission based now recentely she gave her notice and came back to the UK to continue the same job but in Wales now both the Boss in Malta and Wales have said they will forward her money on both being at least over a £1000 she spoke with the Malta boss and he said cos she isnt over there its kinda tough **** and the Wales man says its not his department so she doesnt know where to start to get it back or can she not she has been back in the UK 3weeks and worked in wales in that time please help many thanx in advance xx

ok they just rang and said my hubby said this n this ect so its his word against the company they told me the calls had been recorded for proof can i request this do you know?

its not a contract its pay as you go and it does say upgrade on my reciept too why whats that mean?

I bought a brand new phone from carphone warehouse 8days ago and i hate it once i got it home i cant seem t get anything for it ect ive just rang the store and they said there 14day policy is nothin to do with it as its on 02 and they state they only do exchange on product no refund or money back she sugests sell it private is this right?

No when we payed for the insurance at the bottom they wont accept payment without talking to my dad now they have just takin it regardless and still wont refund it.. they told us £40 diff not £100

i need some advice please as quick as as kwik fit arent willing to answer we payed our car insurance outright for 12months in september usin my dads credit card we bought a new car a few days ago and yesterday my hubby changed over the insurance they said it would be £25 change over and £40 extra but would send a paper bill out to pay as we have no means to pay for it anyway this morning i get a phone call from a very unhappy dad the insuranse have takin £100 off his card now i am as its 2 diff names 2 diff addresses they had no rights to take payment from that visa card with out authorisation ?? where do i stand please help

Havent heard from these for months now ive had 2letters in 3days 1 states we have 7days to make full payment cause we havent made any kind of contact..but we have (yet they still havent replied to my letter) and the 2nd letter yesterday says they are sending someone to my house to collect payment..what on earth do i do when they turn up?

Shall i just go get the court papers and send them off as planned??
