Hi trying to start a case against HSBC - only £35 but hell its the principal Using the 'standard letter' on the this site - but I cannot make out a word - (I assume I have not got the appropriate text or something installed on my PC) ***** I now understand that the regime of “fees” ***** Could someone please translate? Is it just me or is this a general problem - Its appears elswhere on the site - generally around the pound sign? Best regards Cameron
